1.About server and IP address(please check user manual which server you used).

2.How can I get account for login platform?
APP server:SinoTracker or SinoTrack PRO
Website:www.sinotrackpro.com
or www.sinotrackpro.com
User:ID number on device
Pass:123456(please change it when you get product)
3.Why cannot login app or website?
Please choose correct SinoTrackPro Server on APP,
Enter correct website link:www.sinotrackpro.com
4.Why device show “unactivated” on platform?
Please make sure you set correct IP,port and APN,Default IP&port is:45.112.204.245 8090
(The port is 8800 for ST-901A+ & ST-902W)
Defaul APN:internet,kindy contact SIM card provider get correct APN and set it.
5.Why device show “offline” on platform?
Please send SMS command:RCONF to device check
GPS Setting,IP,PORT,APN correct or not.
please check sim card Balance and internet plan available.
please try send SMS command:RESTART for restart device.
6.Why device lcon is Yellow color ? Why device blue light Keep flashing?
It mean No valid GPS signal,
Please put device to open area to get good gps signal.
7.Why device show China location on platform? Why device show incorrect location?
It means test location before send device,
or lost GPS signal,
Please put device to open area to get good gps signal.
8.Why device doesn't respond SMS comamnd?
Please check insert SIM card correct and well.
Please check the SIM card with credit.
Please SIM card support GSM or 3G network.
Is there a PIN code in SIM card? please cancel it.
Please try insert other operator SIM card.
9.Why device doesn't send SMS alarm?
please set the Contorl number first,for receive SMS alarm.
Then Follow the instructions to send SMS command to set the alarm which you need.
10.Why the device respond SMS link to any phone?
What we do is to make the tracker simple to use,
please don't tell others your SIM Card number in tracker,then nobody can call your tracker.
11.Does your device support Change IMEI? How can I it? (3G version and ST-901A+ dosen't support)
Yes,support change IMEI via SMS command.
Command Format:IMEI#NEW IMEI number#
E.g:IMEI#353130099919959#
please change IMEI number within 5 days when you received product.
12.What's the APN ?
The APN is Acess Point Network of SIM card,if you don'n know APN,please check it with your SIM card operator.

13.How can I set APN?
Send SMS command set APN,Command Format:
803+Password+Blank+APN
E.g:8030000 internet
If your APN need user and pass:
Command Format:803+password+Blank+ APN+Blank+ APN user+Blank+ APN pass
E.g:8030000 internet internet internet
14.How can I set IP and Port?
Send SMS command set APN,Command Format:
804+Password+Blank+IP+Blank+Port
E.g:8040000 45.112.204.245 8090
(The port is 8800 for ST-901A+ & ST-902W(3G))
15.How can I get Group user for Multiple devices?
Please leave message send us ALL ID numbers of tracker that you want in group user,and tell us what user name do you want.
16.Does your device support 3G or 4G sim card?
we have 2G and 3G verison,
some SIM card is 3G,4G,but they support or compatible GSM 2G and 3G NETWORK also.
please check with SIM card provide.
17.How much internet data is used per month?
About 50-100MB/Month.
